Hi i just wanted to see if anyone had short term vacation rentals in SA and how well do those properties preform for you?

The northwest side of SA has decently priced properties around 130-150k properties that rent for about 1k-1,600k i like the area alot and is actually growing pretty quickly so finding tenants would not be very difficult.

After a long while off of BiggerPockets im back and I have learned so much since i first became a member... i was an agent for about 3 years then i moved into the mortgage side for about a year before i got into the title side of real estate where i currently work. So along the way I picked up so much useful information. This year i bought my first property and next year i plan to purchase a 4plex. Im sorry guys @Guy Gimenez @Manolo D.  I havent been on bigger pockets in a long time and I am not doing wholesaling anymore and i forgot to take that off my profile before i started this convo. i want to purchase my first investment property, which is why i am searching for a mentor.
