I can let you know within 2-3 hours if the numbers will work. I am working with SFR but if a multi-unit deal can be converted to an SFR. I will definetly make an offer.

Thanks Brian, we closed over 1,700 deals last year and we just got in to this market. I am looking to buy some deals ASAP. If you have any properties OFF market, send them my way and I will let you know if we can make a cash offer and close within 7-14 days.
