Hello everyone! I'm looking to house-hack in Houston, TX by renting out extra rooms. Has anyone had a lot of success with medium term rentals for traveling workers (nurses, other health care professionals, etc.) and care to share any insights or advice?

I actually am doing that now in North Houston, but I'm fortunate to have a lot of former teammates who just so happen to want to live in Houston (went to college in Louisiana). There's an app called Spare room that I was introduced to, it may work in your favor.
