My partner is looking to refi a 7 unit. Property just appraised. We do a lot of business with Allegiance Bank and are waiting on their offer on rates/origination.

What are the going rates you guys/gals are seeing for a 20 year fixed commercial loan with 5 year balloon?

We want to make sure our banker is being competitive.
