Am I Missing Something?

Once I realized the potential that RE could have in my life, I decided to reach out to some folks that I thought could really make a ripple with me. The first guy I picked up does flips, is an agent, and occasionally develops. He is always busy and hardly ever has time to sit down and discuss his needs/ wants. The second guy has also just started out like me and is also extremely busy due to his full time job. I've driven for dollars, taken aerial photos with my drown, found wholesale deals, ran numbers on flips and BRRR's for these guys that I thought would make good investments they just never want to pull the trigger. I'm also really good with my hands. I did hvac work in college and can do just about anything in regards to fixing stuff so there's no shortage of sweat equity I can offer. I'm trying to make these guys' lives easier but I just feel like i'm spinning my wheels now.

sounds like you need to find someone else..  I know for me I get blasted with deals from all over the country and very seldom does one get my personal attention.. once they are established they usually have their own pipeline established..
