Agent recommendations - Houston metro area
Looking for Recommendations on real estate agents. I’m looking for 2 separate agents unless one fits the criteria:
1- hungry and Aggressive
2-works with RE investors
3-has done many sfh or Mf deals for investors
4- understands what investors are looking for. Having to explain basic concepts to an agent doesn’t give me confidence that an agent understands my needs.
5- can scan my best and worst case scenarios and give thoughtful feed back.
6-will bring me possible deals to consider vs me doing all the leg work.
7-knows the metro area very well, especially inner city.
I’m looking for 3-4 deals this year likely small mf or Sfh and need an aggessive agent to work for me as opposed to me doing what I think the agent should be doing.
Additionally if you know of an investor friendly agent with geographical area of expertise in the metro area I’d love their contact info.

I never had any luck finding an agent that knew what they were doing and would work hard to find great investment opportunities for me - until I got my own license
Here’s the problem -
1- Most hungry and aggressive agents are new and don’t know their head from their A$$ when it comes to what you want/need.
2- most successful agents have a dozen investors looking for the same thing you are...
instead of focusing your search on finding the perfect agent, spend some time networking with agents and other investors alike - basically meet a ton of likeminded new friends doing what you are doing/want to do - then you will start getting leads from people who don’t have the capital or clients to handle projects that come across their desks.
