Recent transplant to Houston - time to invest?

Jonathan Dicks
Posted

Hi everyone,

My name is Jonathan and I recently moved to Houston, TX.

I have begun looking around at properties. Would love to hear from local landlords about their experiences here in Houston. How the market is performing here, best places to consider for investing, pros and cons of the local market and any other valuable information you are able to share.

I look forward to engaging and sharing with the community.

Cheers,

Jonathan

Its either always a good time to invest or its never a good time.

that 100% depends on your ability to overcome the excuses the market allows.
