It's April 12.   what is your view / opinion on the housing market right now?   Are homes not moving?

I live in Sienna Plantation.  I got several flip properties on sale. One has been on the market for over a month.   My other Flip properties sold quickly in Dec/ Jan.  I have been noticing that there are more homes for sale... and it seems to me that it sitting there.  Wondering why... is it b/c tax deadline coming?

Also any suggestion on selling a home quick or any marketing strategy?

love to hear feedback.  Thanks.

I don't know about selling a house, but I'm looking to buy an investment right now. Things are going under contract within hours of hitting the market.
