77346? Atascocita South? Oaks of Atascocita?

I have been looking for rehab properties in 77346/Atascocita but not having much luck. Do you have anything coming up, I’d love to know about it first! Here is what I am looking for: 4/2+ Up to about $200,000 ARV, Good Rent Comps. I use Noble’s “Joe the Landlord” loan program, so the purchase price + repairs need to be about 75% of the ARV.
