Who's your Insurance Firm for Fixer Upper Rental?

Hello.  I am buying a single-family rental property into my SDIRA.  The house is rough (e.g. heat and A/C will be plug-in units).  Who do you use to insure your fixer upper rentals in Houston Texas?  I am talking with Amica.  They ensure my primary residence, etc.  But I have a feeling that they may not insure the rental depending on the results of the inspection.  Thank you.

@Michele Broderick we use National Real Estate Insurance Group.  They are fix/flip friendly, fast and easy to work with. If you want an intro, PM me.
