New to Houston and Real Estate - Looking for a Mentor

Hello Houston BP community! My name is Will, and I'm a new Houston/Texas resident, relocating here for jobs in the medical field. I am looking to break into investment real estate within the next 6-12 months, and I'm looking for a mentor with experience who doesn't mind teaching. I'm willing to help in any way that I can - I'm teachable and have an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a great desire to learn about real estate and investing. If anyone is willing to take the time, I'd love to meet, learn, and help! Thanks!

@Cameron Tope said it right!!  In any investing, everyone wants to make money over night without putting much effort or didn't realize the effort required. Especially RE investing requires physical work compare to others but when you see the return you will surely see the effort invested. It's worth it. Anyway, I try to help people with realistic goals wants guidance to achieve it. You can refer the recent forum which I posted by new investor like you who just started and able to put first step forward with my help. Let me know I am happy to do so.
