I have an opportunity to buy a commercial building on .227 acres of land for $500. The building needs a roof but it is salvageable. The seller is the executor of her mothers will and was ready to sell it to my for land value $3000. I offered to sign a contract and assign, but she immediately dropped her price to $500 Please advise. Greg

@Greg Srader,

Contact local demolition contractors in your area. Ask if they can provide disposal service as well.

You might also approach the local Fire Protection District and see if they'd want to burn it down as an exercise. Maybe less debris that way.
