Houston Foreclosure Auction Property List
Does anyone have access to the list of properties up for auction tomorrow (March 1st)? Is there an inexpensive way to obtain this list? I am a new investor and am looking to see how the auction works.
Thanks!
It's $45 for Trustee Sales, and $25 for Sheriff (tax) sale. The only thing free that I have seen is the list of properties on auction.com that will be up for sale at the auction. However, that list will not include any other trustees auctioning off the properties. Good luck!

Do a google search for Dustin Hahn. He is an expert on the Houston tax auctions.
Hope this helps,
Best of success!
Here is a previous thread on what goes on in the auction.
subscription based at foreclosehouston.com not free but not expensive
Daily Court Review houses the list for $19.99 (Harris County)...Along with Storage Auctions and Legal Notices, https://www.dailycourtreview.com/
Step 1, you must register...
Step 2, well connect with me and I'll give you the run down...
If you go on the first Tuesday of every month, bring a lunch.
Biggerpockets admin removed the other link to the Montgomery County Foreclosure sale, so I won't add the website address but here is the name of the law firm that produces the monthly list:
Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP
Thank you to all that responded. It was quite an experience. Learned a lot, and will definitely be back in a few months as my business gets going. I will definitely have to study up on the due diligence required for both the tax deed side and the trustee foreclosure side of the auction house. Seems like there were some good deals to be found...from my superficial and uneducated view anyway.
Forclosehouston.com does seem to be the one stop shop for getting the list of properties up to 3 weeks prior to auction day. I was wondering if anyone had experience with them and would be willing to share (*ahem) some strategies.
I'm also unclear on what needs to happen after a purchase to clean up the title and ensure there are not other liens... Is it best to do this through an attorney?
If anyone wants to go down next month, I'd be happy to go again.
