Short/Medium Term Houston

Hi All,

I have a fully renovated unit and I'm exploring short/medium term rentals. I have experience with long term rentals but not short/medium term rentals. The home is located in the 77033 zip code. Is this an area where this type of rental will work? What type of occupancy rate should I expect? Is using a property manager a good idea?
