Need Help finding a Chattanooga Contractors

Hi BP Fam My Company just picked up a 9 unit in Chattanooga I am looking to convert the daylight basement into a laundry room and possibly another unit. So far I haven't even been able to get anyone out to bid the job. Most people saying that the job is too small or they are too busy. Does anyone have recommendations for a contractor that might be willing to take this on?

You might try calling a couple property managers (especially if you are going to use a manager). They tend to know people that can get a job done.
