Hello BP Community. I'm an active investor in Chattanooga, based in Atlanta, and am currently seeking medium/heavy value-add 5+ unit deals in the sub $1MM range in the greater Chattanooga area. I gather these deals are competitive and relatively hard to come by - nonetheless, I'm determined! Does anyone know of any sellers, brokers, vendors, online groups, meet-ups, or anything/anyone else that could be a great resource?

Chattanooga is good, but Atlanta is great!
