I see a lot of home inventory, but where are the multifamily deals in Flint? Ok with 2 to 100 units. Looked at Loopnet and didn't see much, but if you know of any local brokers, please let me know.

I saw your post that you went with Gebreal...how is that working out for you? I'm not happy with the pm I selected a few months ago and looking to meet a new one in Flint MI. I interviewed Gebreal last year and wasn't sure about all their fees and onboarding. How is it going?

Hi BP Family,

We have a home that needs a good architect. We're going from a small, 2/1 to a 2 story 3bd/2b lakehouse. It's a full gut job and we would like someone experienced, good eye for design, affordable, and can get permits pushed through the county in a timely fashion. Any recommendations?
