Buy Wholesale Inc?

Hi Nashville investors!  I'm in Charleston SC and rehabbing a duplex.   While looking on Craigslist for materials, I found a post advertising 3/4" pre-finished hardwood for $1.99 per sqft.   I called and the business is Buy Wholesale Inc at 25 Lincoln St in Nashville.    Is anyone familiar with these guys?  Are they legit?   The price might be "too good to be true" but I'm sure if it's this good some of you local investors would be familiar with them.    The guy I spoke with said shipping to Charleston would be ~$80 to $125 for 1500 sqft.

Thanks for any feedback/warnings!

Hi John, I can't help you with the company in Nashville, but I have some building materials here in Charleston you may want to look at.  I bought a property this summer from a remodeler who went out of business.  They left behind about 100 windows, some roofing materials, gutters, siding, etc. still in original shipping packaging.  Let me know if you're interested.  I can send photos of what I have.

@John Semanchuk I actually have never heard of them to be honest but I did some digging and it seems like it does exist. So at the very least I dont think it's a craigslist scam. With that being said, I've never been there and I don't believe buying 3/4inch hardwood for $2/sqft is possible. I might actually go check it out this weekend to see what they have and I can let you know.

Thanks @Luka Milicevic.   Having dug a little deeper myself, I think you're right.... it's too good to be true:

I'd consider buying from them COD but I wouldn't send them money without having the product in hand first.
