Buy Wholesale Inc?
Hi Nashville investors! I'm in Charleston SC and rehabbing a duplex. While looking on Craigslist for materials, I found a post advertising 3/4" pre-finished hardwood for $1.99 per sqft. I called and the business is Buy Wholesale Inc at 25 Lincoln St in Nashville. Is anyone familiar with these guys? Are they legit? The price might be "too good to be true" but I'm sure if it's this good some of you local investors would be familiar with them. The guy I spoke with said shipping to Charleston would be ~$80 to $125 for 1500 sqft.
Thanks for any feedback/warnings!
