Memphis, TN Investors

Hey, newer to BP and looking to expand my network. I'm looking to connect with more people in the Memphis market. I do buy and hold, but am a wholesaler working directly with the seller. I'll be visiting Memphis at the end of this month to meet with investors, and would love to meet with some of y'all and catch a drink even. 
I'm also looking to get into the SoCal market, so if anybody has any info or tips that'd be much appreciated.
