Running to an issue with a property

I purchased a foreclosed property in Memphis during the corona, however it is still occupied. I tried talking to the tenant and they won't leave and from my understanding right now there is a hold on evictions. What is the solution for this?

Thanks,

Mario

Replied
Offer them cash for keys or you will have to go through the current lengthy eviction process.
