Pandemic Turnkey Investing?

OOS investor here considering turnkey as my entry point into the Memphis market. Looking at Memphis Invest and MidSouth HomeBuyers, but open to other suggestions.  My question is, given the premium pricing and diminished returns turnkey requires plus market uncertainty, is Memphis turnkey a strategy for you?  Why?  Why not?  All opinions and advice welcome.

I think you should look at a few other companies as in our market that’s are several tk providers.
