Lenders for OOS investors
Hi BP fam,
I'm a new OOS investor planning to BRRRR in the Memphis area. I was curious what lenders you all recommend and why? Also, do you use them for the entire BRRRR process or just the refi? I love BiggerPockets!!!
Thanks,
Lynne

You cant use the same lender for both sides of the deal. You either need a hard money lender or your own cash for the purchase and rehab then you need a take out lender for the long term financing. For the long term financing, I recommend going with Aaron Chapman with SNMC. He has helped many of our clients do it bc he understands what is going on. If you are looking for a hard money lender lets connect.
Good luck!
