hard money in memphis

Okay so, bit of a cash bind trying to wrap a couple of deals and get our 1031 stuff under control.

Referrals for hard money I can close fast in Memphis would be greatly appreciated.  We had a guy lined up, but it seems he might not be able to lend in TN?  Then we have two traditional loans in process- but neither will close in time.
