Where to start? Demolition to duplex
There is a distressed property on a rather large lot that I'm interested in buying in order to convert (demolition) to a duplex or other multifamily. Suggestions on where to start? How large the lot must be? Who in the city I should speak with? Etc?
Sorry for such a broad question but this is completely new territory for me.
Thanks in advance!
