Hi all, I am looking for referrals for brokers, lenders and property management companies to reach out to along the I85 corridor from upper Carolina to Atlanta. Have several small apt buildings in my market and now looking to go large 50-100+. Also looking to possibly JV with a proven sponsor in the space, I have means to capital as this is how I purchased all of my current real estate. I understand the valuation, due diligence and the value add component but as we all know without the track record the process is much more difficult. Thanks

Looking to connect with agents specific to Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Columbus who understand cash flow and rental property and who work with out of state investors. Looking to build a small 10-20 SFR portfolio in these markets over the next few years.

Curious. ....what are members paying to someone for putting out their bandit signs? Fixed cost or by the sign? I know this will vary by market, just looking for a rough idea. I'm on the east coast..md, pa, wv markets. Thanks

Hi guys, we had a group stop this week to walk and evaluate the property. I will be following up with them after the new yr. Thanks for all the help and support.

Nick,

First off, thank you for adding value to my post. Don't be confused ...we want to buy at the highest cap we can or market will allow and sell after our renovations and value play has been completed and stabilized; at the lowest cap market will bear.

Adam,

I greatly appreciate your input on this topic. Do you work in Fulton County area of Atlanta?

Mark, thank you for your valuable advice. The intent is for our renovations to lower the cap, making it more valuable when we decide to sell or refinance. We purchase with investors and share in the profits.

Look forward to connecting
