Rehab in Charleston are still hot

Good news locals, with a wife in the leading agency in Charleston and with a constant flow of proposals still getting pushed out weekly for our construction services, I am confident the Charleston renovation and rehab market is still hot. I find it hard to keep subs due to the massive spread. Has anyone else noticed the same decline in GC customer service? Unfortunately it is too busy to keep the same short list of subcontractors. I'm always looking for loyal subs, I know they are like gold right now but I would appreciate the names. Good luck out there!

send me a PM with your direct e mail want to send it to my GC in Charleston we have 10 plus new constructions going and can always use good sub tradesmen... as OP stated sub trades are tough in ALL venues these days.
