realtor recommendation
Can anyone recommend an experienced realtor. I ve met with three but they did not seem to understand basic terms like CAP rate and cash on cash ROI. I am fairly new to the site and looking for my first property in surrounding areas of Charleston. Im comfortable with a turnkey buy and hold but would consider partnering a reno flip with the right team. thank you
