Any Property Management Company in Columbia SC?

Hi everyone, I am trying to get a quote for PM cost in Columbia, SC. I have only called 1 Property Management company. They charge 10% monthly rent + annual fee + 50% first month rent (marketing fee) + lease renewal fee... Not sure if this is standard...

If anyone knows / used any PM, please let me know!

I’ve got my properties with Affinity Management. The first month and monthly fees are the same as you were quoted but I don’t pay an annual fee.
