Hi Everyone, I'm looking to invest in some rentals in Providence, RI, and would love to connect with people who are also investing in the area.

I've been looking into multi-family in particular. Does anyone have any suggestions in terms of neighborhood or just in general? I'd love to chat.

@Account Closed I have some rentals in Providence and would be happy to connect.

As far as neighborhoods go, generally speaking, the better neighborhoods are pricier than the worse ones. Do you have a question about a particular neighborhood?
