Any lenders that can refinance this?

Hello everyone I am wondering if anyone knows a lender that would refinance without the 6 month seasoning period?

I will put some numbers to it to make it clearer.

ARV	$ 130,000.00
Purchase Price	$ 83,000.00
Rehab	$ 5,000.00
Closing	$ 3,000.00
Down Payment	$ 20,750.00

I am looking for a creative way to move capital and purchase properties without getting "stuck" during the seasoning period.

Also how do you look for a lender that does this? Do I just ask around?
