How do I get added to receive listings of new available props?

Hello All,

Probably a silly questions but I need to ask. 

Is there a site where I can create a search/criteria where I can begin to receive new listings? (Accurate listings with rents, expenses broken out) 

What about deals from wholesalers? Anyone know how I can get added?
