Anyone have suggestions to find some reputable GCs in Pittsburgh, PA. I have spoken to several that are all tied up for the year, and the tool on BG comes up empty. This is for an extensive flip in town (2300 sqft) needing full rehab. I'm trying to get some estimates prior to making an off market offer on the property.

I agree that it would be great to create a site specifically for investors where we could share contractor resources. SO MANY bad ones out there!
