Best way to rent our a small philly commercia?

Philly is full of properties with small first floor commercials off main roads and intersections.

I've always had success in using Zillow to attract tenants to my residential spaces. However, I'm having zero luck with my commercial fitting the above description. It could be because I priced myself out, or the locations is bad, or there just aren't as many people looking.

Does anyone have advice on what sites and methods they have used that have been successful.
