Delaware/Chester County PA Builder Recommendations

Looking for any recommendations on builders and contractors capable and experienced in the realm of infill development/new build, pop-tops, scrape and rebuilds etc. I have come across several seemingly great opportunities lately but have not moved on any due to this lack of connection. Delaware and Chester county mainly. Mid-range to high end opportunities 200k-1million ARV.
