Norristown, PA Real Estate Agent

I'm looking for an agent to work with that is familiar with Norristown and the surrounding areas in Montgomery County (Lansdale, Collegeville, Ambler, etc.) The agent I've worked with previously has since moved out of state, and wasn't particularly experienced in working with investors (she had worked with my wife and I on our primary residence). I'm looking primarily for buy-and hold properties that need work (BRRRR strategy) but would consider flips as well.
