I've had clients buy a few multi-family homes in Philly in the past year. Mostly 2-4 Units. Depending on what your criteria is I'm sure I can guide you to the right neighborhood.

Lukas, I have a few management companies that I've referred investors to in the past. I guess it all depends on how much you want them to do and what percentage of the income you're comfortable with paying the management company. I'll shoot you a message to get an idea of what you've underwritten for management to see who can best serve you.

Hi Kumar!

Not 100% sure what the answer is to this question but I am following to see what other people have to say. As a realtor I've been working with several people who are potentially priced out of Fishtown and are looking to buy in East Kensington. I agree that being on 95 and the market Frankford line are huge factors for growth in this neighborhood

Hey Brandon,

Are you working with a lender that has explained your options for a sellers assist at closing? I'm happy to make a connection with a lender that can explain the different mortgage products that would allow you to save on closing costs.

I would love to hear how people are doing with their Airbnbs in Philadelphia. I have a property that I will be listing in University City with 4 bedrooms. It appears that the 1 bedroom options from $50-$80/night are rented pretty frequently but I am curious how often 4-5 bedroom properties are being rented at the $250-$350/night price range. I appreciate any insight and tips you have for a successful airbnb experience!
