Hello all,  I am a real estate investor in the Philadelphia area. Does anybody know of any investor friendly realtors or real estate agents in the area? I am looking to start investing immediately. Thank you

Hi @Jonathan Rigg,

Welcome to BP!

It is not all about just finding the real estate agent it is about building that relationship with them to understand your true footprint and affordability. Have a one on one with several and see if they understand the market broken down - By neighborhood, by statistics and have they attended neighborhood events to understand the market they are suggesting. Also, join the local REIA Diversified Investors Group to get educated to the real estate investing world as a whole.

That is how I determine who I work with when buying.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Regards,
