I am still trying to find a property. I just want to begin compiling at least 3 dependable contractors so when I do acquire the property I can hit the ground running.

Hello everyone first time investor, quick question. Any advice on how to find and vet a contractor? And if anybody is in the Philadelphia area is there any contractors you have worked with that you can recommend. Thank you

@David Weintraub thanks for your reply.  I'm looking for both.  I keep hearing about Strawberry Mansion I'm going to look into that area.
