Section 8
Hello All,
I have been networking with a lot of different people last couple of months and I learn more and more about different strategies used in real estate.
One niche I want to learn more about is Section 8...do you know of any active investors/realtors that specialize in section 8? I would love to learn more about the strategy and practices...especially since I just finished up reading the Section 8 Bible.
Sincerely,
Rob

The big thing from my experience is knowing what Section 8 wants both for their inspections and on the paperwork side down to the tee. Section 8 here (at least in KC) is really slow and hard to deal with (Independence and Lee's Summit are much better). So any mistakes along the way and it just delays the process, particularly for move ins, which is already slow to begin with.
