New REI inherits property in Winston-Salem, NC (lives in NJ)

Hello All,

I've inherited a 3br 1ba home in Winston-Salem, NC.  I would like this property to be my first buy and hold property however I live in New Jersey.  I have been reading up on long distance investing but wanted to reach out and get opinions about what to look out for.  My biggest concerns are of course hiring a good team.  Any suggestions on Contractors, Property Management Companies and Real Estate Agents would be appreciated.  Also, if anyone is familiar with the Winston-Salem/Greensboro area (I have visited the are for years but am not familiar with Real Estate Industry there) your feedback would be great also.

Thanks.
