Eugene Oregon Flippers

Hi!

I’m looking for flippers in the Eugene area specifically but I kind of know the I-5 corridor, who might be interested in doing some projects together. I’m an industrial contractor (I’m pretty handy doing things), I’ve been a licensed realtor in Oregon (know my numbers pretty well), and I just pulled out a heloc on my primary residence so I’ve got some skin in the game ( well it’s in the process but the lady said should be fine just waiting to hear back from underwriter).

Ideally looking for someone who wants to do this seriously who might have a bit of a foothold in the area already or looking to ramp up number of deals.
