Hey everybody! Just wanted to show face. Just a little info about myself, lived in Tulsa for about a year while I was in grad school, now looking to play professionally overseas. After listening to podcast after podcast Ive been thinking about potential places to househack for my first property next year, and I thought Tulsa would be a good spot!

It’s nice to meet all of you and I’m excited to be in this discussion

Hi Kerwin! Welcome to BP Tulsa! It is always good to know at least a little about the market you want to invest in, so you have a good start. Tulsa is on many investor's radar, which is causing our market to heat up; inventory is pretty low, and we are all beating the bushes for properties right now. What will you be playing overseas?
