Looking for Info on Capitol Hill in OKC

Hi, 

My husband and I are new to investing and we are looking at a 12 unit deal in the Capitol Hill area in OKC. We do live out of town and are unfamiliar with the area. For any locals, do you have any info on this area and do you have any recommendations for property managers?

every area has its good and bad aspects i would say.  i manage and own some properties in that area and have found it to be a decent rental area but it does have its challenges.  in my mind it really comes down to numbers first if those work then look further if those are off or seem a bit suspicious then move on.  feel free to email or give me a call and we can discuss the area more in depth.
