Looking for an Investor Friendly REA in Oklahoma City

Hey BP community. I'm a newby who lives in Austin, TX, looking to invest out-of-state. I have zeroed in on the OKC area. Would love to connect with a good REA in the area who has experience working with investors. I'm interested in SFHs and MFHs to BRRRR. I will need to put together a whole team so recommendations for PMs and Contractors are also welcome, as well as any other information about the area, specific markets/zip codes to look at, where to avoid etc...
