Looking for an Investor Friendly REA in Oklahoma City

Hey BP community. I'm a newby who lives in Austin, TX, looking to invest out-of-state. I have zeroed in on the OKC area. Would love to connect with a good REA in the area who has experience working with investors. I'm interested in SFHs and MFHs to BRRRR. I will need to put together a whole team so recommendations for PMs and Contractors are also welcome, as well as any other information about the area, specific markets/zip codes to look at, where to avoid etc... Thanks in advance

the sharks will start circling now lol.  there are lots of good folks in okc to work with.  do your research and make sure they know the area/property type you are going to invest in.  lots of folks want to help but a few have the experience to make it work for you.
