Southwestern OKC and Amazon

What's everyone's opinion on how the huge Amazon facility being built on Portland near the airport will affect property values and rents in the southwest part of the city? That facility is going to employ 1500 people, so it might have an affect on rents in the general area if they want to live near work. I'd also expect that facility to have an affect of spurring other commercial development in the area.
