Looking for networking in Dayton

Hannah Wontrop
Posted

Hi!
I’m brand new to real estate investing, and will hopefully be buying a property to rent in the Dayton area this summer. I’m looking to connect with investing-friendly real estate agents and property managers.  My focus will be on single family and small multi family properties. Also looking for contact info for the local landlording and real estate investing groups. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Many thanks,

Hannah

Hello.. from TN. My husband and I have been thinking about BRRR's in the Dayton area. How is the rental market up there right now? I have family right outside of Dayton (in Moraine) ..So I grew up going there and have always loved the area. Just wanting some advice as to areas to look I and areas to stay away from. My family does NOTHING with Real Estate. They think we're crazy for doing it... but when I see home prices up there I think.. "Y'all are crazy NOT to be buying homes!!!" We live about 15 miles outside of Nashville.. and y'all all know about our market here. We have our primary residence and 2 rentals here. Thanks for the advice!!
