Short/No Seasoning Period Cash Out Refinance Lender ?
Hey BP folks! Wanted to know if anyone has a good contact for a cash-out-refinance lender who has a shorter than 6 month seasoning period in the Cincinnati area. We are working on our first BRRRR deal, and I am trying to get my ducks in a row for the exit. We bought in cash, and are hoping for at least 70% LTV. Would appreciate any suggestions! Thanks!

Hi Timothy! How much did you purchase the property for and what is the ARV? Within 6 months you can pull your acquisition costs.
