Hi Jairus.  A good friend of mine just recently started a General Contracting company in the NKY/Cincinnati area, and I believe they do home inspections also.  The two owners have 50+ years of construction experience between them, and I trust them implicitly.  Shoot me a message if you want their contact information.  If they don't do it themselves, they should able to refer you to someone reliable.  Good luck!

Hey @David Dachtera.  I have used this product on both our primary and our rental property.  Works like a charm and there is no messy wax to clean up.  That being said, both replacements were within the last 18 months, so I could not say if they fail sooner or later than conventional wax rings.  I am a fan and will continue using this instead of the wax.  Good luck!
