Slate roof and box gutters replacement

Recently I bought a 3 unit in the Incline Distinct of East Price Hill. Its a super old building that needs its slate roof repaired and a complete replacement of the box gutters. I know this is a shot in the dark because very little people are able to do these repairs.. but does anyone know a roofer that would be able to help me out? There are 2 slate companies that operate in Cincy, one cant start work until next year and the others price is out of this world.. so much so, that its like buying a brand new roof. Maybe there is a happy middle where I can find a skilled roofer for a descent rate?

@Timur Salikov It is hard to find good rates in anything because of the demand right now. If you join the local Greater Cincinnati Real Estate Investors group (about $25 a month) they share recommended contractors that work with investors vs retail homeowners.
